Nº1. How To Order
When should I place my order?
All orders must be placed on Saturday for the following week. Menu is posted and orders open each Tuesday night. Orders close on Saturday night.
Is there an order minimum?
There is no order minimum!
With Organic Oren, you can build your dream menu for the week. If that means you want to order one bottle of celery juice for a busy morning, or if you want to order three of our GF Chicken Tenders because they're your favorite, it's all up to you!
Do you do substitutions or modifications?
No, we do not make substitutions or modifications. If you have a pressing request, you can email hey@organicoren.com and we’ll see what we can do!
Nº2. Our Food
Do you offer Vegan options?
Yes! We have many vegan options. All of our meals and sides are 100% dairy free, so any dish that does not include beef, chicken, fish, or seafood is completely vegan.
How long do the food, soups, and juices last?
All of food, soups, and juices stay fresh for up to 6 days in the fridge.
Is ALL of your food organic?
Yes! All of our produce is 100% organic—including our oils, vinegars, spices, and grains. We are gluten free, dairy free, seed oil free, & refined sugar free.
Do any of the meals contain onion or garlic?
We do not use onion in any of our dishes. We have garlic in two
of our dishes: our Vegan Garlic Sauce and or Hummus.

Is everything dairy free?
Yes! We are completely dairy free.
What types of oils do you use?
We use organic avocado oil, organic olive oil and organic coconut oil.
What is the portion size for each item?
All of our entrees are 1.5-2 portions.
Our rotisserie chicken is about 3-4 portions.
Our sides are 1.5-2 portions.
Our soups are 1.5 portions.
And sauce portions are based on how saucy you like to be :)
Nº3. Delivery & Pickup
How does delivery and pickup work? How much does it cost?
We offer delivery across Southern California every Monday from 9am—5:30pm.
Delivery fees are usually between $35-$60, depending on your location.
We ask for your phone number at checkout should the courier service need to contact you about your delivery.
We also offer a free pickup option Mondays from 10am—6pm in West Hollywood. If selected, the Pickup Address will be provided upon checkout.
How does pickup work?
When you checkout, select the pickup option. Once you place your order, we’ll send you the pickup address. When you arrive, please wait in your car at the curb! Oren will bring your order out to you!
How often do you deliver?
We deliver once a week, on Mondays.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to the city of Los Angeles which includes Malibu, Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley & San Fernando Valley.
We also deliver to Newport Beach, Orange County, Laguna Beach, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Ojai Valley & San Diego.
Is everything delivered at once?
Yes. Everything is delivered at once on Mondays and is designed to stay fresh for 6 days in the fridge.
Nº4. Misc.
What type of packaging do you use and is it recyclable?
90% of our packaging is made from renewable plant-based materials. This packaging is 100% compostable, and becomes soil within 2-6 months when composted in a commercial facility.
Made with the earth in mind, this packaging utilizes agricultural byproducts to support farmers and reduce waste. The production process also uses fewer resources and produces less pollution than traditional manufacturing.
The other 10% of our packaging (for chia, overnight oats, hummus, and dips) is made entirely from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles and is completely recyclable.
All packaging is made in the USA.
Do you offer Organic Gift Cards?
Yes! You can order those here. The recipient will receive their Gift Card, Message and a Redemption Code in an email upon checkout.
The Gift Card will deliver via email, but please select the "Pickup" delivery method at checkout.
